REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Kihumi Inc.! We are committed to providing you with safe, high-quality children’s toys. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in accordance with the following Refund and Return Policy.

I. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure fairness and product safety, returns or exchanges may be requested under the following conditions:
The product exhibits quality defects or damage upon receipt.
The product received does not match the description in the order.
The product is unused, unopened, and remains in its original, intact packaging.
The return request is submitted within the specified return period.
Note: Issues arising from personal preference, accidental purchase, or user-inflicted damage may not qualify for a return. II. Return Request Timeframe
Customers must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
Requests submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
Return requests must be confirmed by contacting Customer Service via email.

III. Return Process
Contact Customer Service via email to submit a return request, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
Once the request is approved by Customer Service, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Customers must ship the merchandise back to the designated address in accordance with the provided guidelines.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange.

IV. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned merchandise has been verified.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment account.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days (subject to the specific processing times of your bank or payment platform).

V. Exchange Policy
If you choose to exchange an item:
We will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped out after the returned merchandise has been verified.
Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.
The processing time for exchanges is the same as our standard shipping time.

VI. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns may not be applicable in the following situations:
The merchandise has been used or is damaged due to human error.
Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.
The return request is submitted after the specified timeframe has expired.
Returns requested for personal reasons unrelated to product quality (subject to case-by-case review).

VIII. Shipping Costs
Returns due to quality issues: Return shipping costs will be covered by Kihumi Inc.
Returns due to personal reasons: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
